Then add your tomatoes, chopped or blended. Toast the rice in a pan until nutty. Place the rice in a pan with coconut milk and broth over high heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Heat ghee in a large vessel or Rice cooker and fry the spices for a few minutes.

- Rice: Add salt to the coconut milk and bring to boil, then add your washed rice and boil till cooked. Set aside.
- In a heavy based pan/ Cooking pot add some oil and onions and fry till soft
- Add your potatoes and continue to fry, add cumin seeds mix well till the onions are cooked and potatoes are almost half cooked.
- Add garlic and ginger paste fry then add the mince and cook on medium low heat. Till moisture/water is almost fully dried off the meat.
- Then add your spices and mix well. Then add your tomatoes, chopped or blended. Let it simmer, cook well till the tomatoes soften.
- Incase your potatoes are not well cooked you can add like 1/2 cup of water. Then simmer till the water dries/ reduces.
- Add garam masala, salt and chopped dhania. Mix and turn gas off.
- Serve with Rice / chapati.
