How do you open a can of corned beef? For the filling, melt the butter with the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the onion, celery, carrots and potatoes. Line your pie dish with pastry, scoop in the corned beef mixture and top the pie with another circle of pastry.

  2. Pre heat oven 180 or 160 Fan

  7. After 30 mins remove and brush with the egg a gain sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and place in your preheated oven for 30 mins, check and if needed a little more check every 10 mins until deep golden brown
