  2. Pour milk and eggs into a smaller bowl and then whisk gently
  3. Know mix the milk and eggs with the flour using a blender
  4. Know pour the oil in to a very small bowl and dip a tissue in it
  5. Heat up the frying pan for a minute
  6. Know oil the frying pan using the tissue make sure that you also oil the sides
  7. Know pour the mixture into the frying pan
  8. Leave it in there until you see the sides are starting to Krisp off the edges of the frying pan
  9. Then you can flip it
  10. Once you have flipped it leave it in the frying pan for another 6 minutes . Do not worry if you see that it is burnt for it will still taste good
  11. Know it s ready to be served.serve it with watch ever you like normal pancakes with ,but this one will taste better

Pancake mix of choice - any will work. Even our bulk homemade pancake mix makes for great breakfast cake. For the pictures of the cake in this recipe, we used high protein Kodiak Cakes. Prepare the mix according to the package directions, exactly as you would for pancakes. The pancakes puff up so nicely on the griddle and the result was the perfect spongey, fluffy cake.
