- Pre soak the beef in meat tenderizer for 15minutes then let it cook for 20 mins or till all the water diminishes.
- Add the onion, garlic and cooking oil. Fry till you have a good aroma. Add tomatoes, carrots and capsicum. Then stir.
- Add the arrow root then some water maybe 2 cups.
- Add the salt and royco then stir again.
- Cover to cook for 30 minutes then add coriander.
- Let it cook for 5 mins then remove from heat.
