Instructions to make Keftedakia as if fried:
- Knead all the ingredients well together in a bowl and set it aside in the fridge to combine better.
- Preheat the oven to 180oC using the fan.
- Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper and form your keftedakia.
- Coat them in pastry flour (lightly) and then spread them out on the baking tray.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes on the second rack until golden brown!
