  4. Turn. Cook other side until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese.
  5. Cut quesadillas into wedges. Serve with salsa and sour cream. You can add rice, beans, salsa in side of the quesadilla.

When you cook your chopped steak, use just a drizzle of olive oil to help it brown, and season it with a bit of granulated garlic and chili powder. You want to heat it up thoroughly, and brown it to get some crispy bits.
