The ingredients needed to make Sticky steak:
  1. Get 2 pieces beef steak
  2. Get 1 teaspoon sixgun grilled spice
  3. Take 1 tablespoon chutney
  4. Take 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  5. Take Pinch salt
  6. Prepare Bit of oil for frying

Add chopped onions and cook until tender and browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. I used sliced flank steak to make my sticky beef but casserole or blade steak would be just as tasty. You can serve it at the table like the picture above - scattered with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.

Steps to make Sticky steak:
  1. Soak steak in lukewarm water for few minutes
  2. Drain water and add spices and sauces
  3. Mix well and leave for few minutes to marinate
  4. Heat oil on a medium heat and pan fry for 10 minutes each side or less it depend on how well you would like your steak to be cooked,sprinkle parsley switch off the stove and let it rest

I used sliced flank steak to make my sticky beef but casserole or blade steak would be just as tasty. You can serve it at the table like the picture above - scattered with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion. Another way to serve the sticky beef is piled into fluffy bao buns. Snip round the rind of the gammon with scissors. Thin slices of beef that is shallow fried so it's super crispy then tossed in a sticky sauce.
