Cut the steak into small bite sized pieces and then add to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir until the beef is well coated in the seasoning. Once the skillet is hot, you can add in your cooking fat. Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste.

Steps to make Beef Strips, Pepper Steak:
  1. Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours.
  2. Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!)
  3. Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I'm using whole wheat flour.)
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add black pepper. (I'm using mixed pepper corns.)
  8. Add beef strips and fry few more minutes.
  9. Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.)
  10. Add a little soy-sauce.
  11. Add a little sesame oil.
  12. Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!

Once the skillet is hot, you can add in your cooking fat. Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Mix in sesame oil just before start frying. Add cooking oil in a large pan until the oil can evenly cover the bottom of the pan. spread the beef strips in.
