  4. Lay out your tortilla, add desired amount of blue cheese spread onto the tortilla. Then add spinach and your sauteed beef and onions. (The heat from the onions and beef will slightly wilt the spinach)
  5. Wrap up your tortilla by folding in the sides first then roll the other end over. Enjoy!
