Heat ¼ cup oil and Tbsp. of enchilada sauce in skillet over MEDIUM heat. Take a portion of the beef steak filling and put it in the middle of the tortilla, making sure to cover the middle, horizontally. Fold/roll the top and bottom "flaps" to tightly enclose the beef steak filling.
