Cut the Eskimo lollies into thirds and add to the bowl, along with the melted butter and condensed milk. Chop up the marshmallows and add the cherries (optional) Add the half tin condensed milk and mix well.

Instructions to make Lolly Cake:
  1. Break lollies into pieces by hand (skip this step if using marshmallows)
  2. Crush biscuits into rough crumbs
  3. Mix the lollies, crumbs, butter, and milk together
  4. Form into a log shape and roll in the coconut
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours then slice the cake into pieces
  6. Enjoy!

Chop up the marshmallows and add the cherries (optional) Add the half tin condensed milk and mix well. You can either roll into balls or you can roll in to a log and then roll in the rest of the coconut, then place in the fridge, when hard cut into slices. In a mixing bowl combine the crushed biscuits, melted butter, sweetened condensed milk and fruit puffs. Roll the log in coconut, pressing firmly so that the coconut sticks.
