Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Chop the chocolate and place it in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir until just melted and set aside until cooled to room temperature.

  5. Beat the egg whites until soft picks and add them slowly. Melt the chocolate with 10ml of water.
  6. Wash and grate the orange's skin.
  7. Put 1/3 of the batter in another bowl, add the melted chocolate and the grated orange. If you want more orange flavour squeeze it to get some juice.
  8. Add the rest of baking powder to the part of the batter we didn't touch.
  9. Put the orange-flavoured part on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes (20min. from the bottom and then 20min. from both sides.)

Chop the chocolate and place it in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir until just melted and set aside until cooled to room temperature. In the bowl of an electric mixer. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Frost cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
