Add liver and coat with all spices. Stir until all liquid evaporated and oil start to separate from the side of pan. Then add warm water and cover the pan with lid. In a large saucepan, sauté chopped onion and garam masala in virgin coconut oil.

Steps to make Beef and liver curry:
  1. Wash hands clean
  2. Wash the beef and liver using warm water and salt and place in a clean pot
  3. Season the beef and liver with salt, turmeric, cumin, curry powder, stock cubes, onions, garlic etc as listed in the ingredients section
  4. Boil over medium heat for 7 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add 21/2 to 3 tbs of cooking butter and stir for 3 minutes.
  6. Add half sachet of pure water (25CL) to tomato puree or as u desire and adjust the taste with stock cubes (maggi)
  7. Cover pot and simmer over low heat for another 7 minutes for all the ingredients to culminize

Then add warm water and cover the pan with lid. In a large saucepan, sauté chopped onion and garam masala in virgin coconut oil. Add water, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and cumin seeds and cook until water is evaporated. Add tomatoes, salt, coriander, cayenne and turmeric and continue to cook until tomatoes are soft. For preparing the spicy delicious dish, first cut Beef liver into small cubes.
