- Return the beef (with any juices) and stir in sour cream and simmer for another minute. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve on pasta or rice. Enjoy!
Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper, as needed. Stir in the sour cream the last few minutes, right before you serve. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the beef, mushrooms and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
