  10. Prepare salt and pepper

Repeat layer of zucchini and flour. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining meat mixture. Assemble lasagna: Start with a layer of zucchini slices. Top the zucchini layer with a bit of mozzarella cheese and then a layer of mushroom slices.

  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and place in oven for 25-35 min until bubbly and yummy! Enjoy! ! 😉
