Place the roast in instant pot (on trivet) and add your beef broth and ranch dressing packet and onion packet. It does take about ten minutes to come to pressure. Next, on top of the deer meet, sprinkle the Au Jus packet and ranch packet evenly into the pot. Add the pepperoncini to the pot.

  1. Pour grapeseed oil in IP and set to sear on high
  2. Cut meat and sear all sides for 2-3 min each
  3. Add water to pan along with bullion cubes and other seasonings with meat
  4. Cook at high pressure for 50 minutes with pulse release until pressure is gone
  5. Remove lid after pressure is released and add more water If desired along with carrots, potatoes and butter
  6. Cook at high pressure for 16 minutes

Next, on top of the deer meet, sprinkle the Au Jus packet and ranch packet evenly into the pot. Add the pepperoncini to the pot. Remove meat for carving and bring liquid to a boil. Add this slurry to the liquid and bring back to a boil. Slice roast and place in serving platter/bowl.
