  15. Prepare Sour Cream. I like to use Daisy sour cream or Chobani Greek yogurt
  16. Get Seasonings: chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, fresh ground pepper,
  17. Get Kosher or sea salt, to taste…
