  7. Serve with fluffy rice.

Add the steak and brown all over. Transfer to a plate, season and set aside. Return the beef to the wok with the soy and oyster sauces, and cook, stirring, until heated through. Add the beef strips and turn heat to high. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for another minute.
