  2. Once cooked, wait till pressure is down. Open the lid and smash the cooked tapioca. To this content add almost a cup of Coarsely blended coconut, shallots, a pinch of jeera, and a clove of garlic. All thse should be blended well
  3. Add to smashed tapioca and mix well.after that you can do tempering using coconut oil, mustard seed and dry red chilli and curry leaves.
