Ferrero Rocher is a whole roasted hazelnut coated in hazelnut chocolate, enclosed in a wafer shell covered in milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Place it one at a time in the microwave on the edge of the glass plate for even baking and let it bake for 7/8 mins depending on your watts of a microwave. Insert a toothpick in the centre to check if it's Done. Let the cakes cool for 5 mins, take it out of the dishes and place on flat plates to cool. Place in the freezer to harden.MAKES 2 LAYERS
